ZANGUE FOLEFACK Joris Ivan

Director General of the Cabinet ZF ARCHITECTS and renowned consultant, ZANGUE Ivan is a Cameroonian Architect-Urban Planner, registered on the Roll of the National Order of Architects of Cameroon (ONAC) under number 325. Scientific training, he joined in 2007 at the favor of a scholarship awarded by the State of Cameroon to the prestigious EAMAU (African School of Architecture and Urbanism). It is a pioneering inter-state establishment in higher education and research in architecture and town planning on the African continent. Based in Lomé, Togo, EAMAU was founded in 1976 by UNESCO to serve African countries experiencing urban growth.

From his brilliant career at EAMAU (2007-2013), he obtained at the end of the course, during the Grand Jury of diplomas, the SATA AFRIQUE Prize for the best personal work of end of studies "Axis Architecture", the equivalent of the Major in Architecture. Wishing to perfect his learning, he chose continuity and decided to start his professional career in Lomé where he worked in various design offices (ARCHINOVA, GE ARCHITECTS ET PARTNERS,…). At the same time, he is a lecturer in architecture and town planning in various establishments in the area (ESTABAT, Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA), etc.).

After four (4) years of rich international experience, he returned to Cameroon where he joined two (2) years later after the National Order of Architects of Cameroon (ONAC).

Through his dual training in architecture and urban planning, transversal sectors par excellence, ZANGUE FOLEFACK is predisposed to any intervention in the act of building and the planning of space, from the territorial scale to the design of furniture. After more than eight (8) years of practicing the profession in setting up and managing projects in Cameroon and internationally, ZANGUE FOLEFACK founded the ZF ARCHITECTS agency, a multidisciplinary agency at the service of an innovative architecture that is - that is to say responsible, efficient, aesthetic and scalable.

To date, ZANGUE FOLEFACK, supported by its young and dynamic team, has piloted many large-scale projects: the Development Project of the Specialized Care Center Annex N ° 2 ORCA of the Yaoundé Central Hospital for COVID patients 19; the Renovation and Extension Project of the Mokolo Annex Regional Hospital: Phase 1: Construction of a hospitalization and emergency consultation block on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health, Extreme Region North; the Akonolinga Palace of Justice Construction Project on behalf of the Ministry of Justice, Central Region, etc ...

Recognized as a dynamic, persevering, altruistic and proactive person, he adapts and learns easily. Endowed with an innate sense of listening, sharing and tolerance, his international experience allows him to evolve easily in a multicultural environment.
